During Interview 01, preliminary impressions indicated that the user utilizes 1Cademy to consume a wide variety of information while working toward a leadership role. This leadership role facilitates interdisciplinary learning by requiring the user to review and edit various nodes. Furthermore, the user found 1Cademy's collaborative features, specifically the chat function, to be helpful. However, the user also identified pain points, including technical errors such as nodes failing to appear or edits not being properly reflected in the system.
