Today, microtasking practices that utilize digital workers on a massive level are embedded into crowdsourcing as a way to deal with emergency circumstances. To better utilize this practice, there needs to be better management to optimize the effectiveness of this mass labor. Also, there needs to be more attention on individual different and goals in relation to microtasking.
