Location of Major Endocrine Glands

The major glands of the endocrine system are distributed throughout the human body. Key glands such as the pineal, hypothalamus, and pituitary are located in the brain. The thyroid and parathyroid glands are situated in the neck. The thymus is found in the chest, while the adrenal glands and pancreas are located in the abdomen. The reproductive gonads (ovaries in females and testes in males) are in the pelvic region.
