The low dose group was administered a 1 to 3 mg dose for every 70kg in the first session to simulate a placebo, and administered with a high dose in the second session which accounts for 22 to 30mg for every 70kg.

The high dose group was administered a  high dose that accounted for 22 to 30mg for every 70kg, and administered with a low dose in the second session which accounts for  1 to 3 mg dose for every the first session to simulate a placebo.

80% of the studied sample continued to show a clinically significant decrease in depression and anxiety and a continuing improvement in mood, perception of self, spirituality, life, and self-relationships.

6  month follow-up in psilocybin double-blind study

Cardiovascular assessments (blood pressure and heart rate) were recorded 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, 240, 300, and 360 minutes subsequently of the administration of psilocybin. Which resulted in an increase in blood pressure and heart rate that did not established any health threat nor any relation to the subjective effects of the drug.
