Marco's Expanded Feasible Frontier from Investing and Borrowing

The 'invest-it-all' and borrow strategy expands an individual's feasible set of consumption choices beyond what is possible with only investing. This new, larger feasible frontier is represented graphically by a line that shifts outward. Specifically, it increases the maximum possible consumption in the present to $136, while the maximum future consumption remains anchored by the full return on the investment ($150).
