Marital/Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a form of counseling for two individuals in an intimate relationship—whether they are dating, partnered, engaged, or married—who are facing difficulties. In these sessions, a therapist helps the couple discuss their conflicts and identify aspects of their relationship they wish to change. The process involves examining how each person's background, beliefs, and behaviors impact the relationship dynamic.
