measuring individual stress in the workplace
the following are 1) ways to collect data on how stressed someone may be based on their workplace behavior and 2) how stressed someone perceives themselves to be based on certain criteria.

- Stress audits
- Stress risk assessments
- Focus groups
- One-to-one interviews
- Stress logs recording critical incidents
- Data from absence records
- Accident rates
- Labor turnover
- Number of people taking advantage of counselling services
- The cost of litigation.
To quantify someone's stress, we can use the Perceived Stress Scale(PSS) which assesses someone thoughts and feelings from recent stressful situations based on a 10-item scale.
