Mindfulness Can Lower Blood Pressure
Research indicates that meditation, including mindfulness practices, may help reduce blood pressure. This is supported by studies on mindfulness-based stress reduction, which found it significantly lowered both systolic and diastolic blood pressure in individuals with prehypertension.
