Mining Reward

The second output (50% of total reward) goes to a service node. These are rewarded based on the time since they last received a reward, with a preference for those that have been waiting longer. 

Service Node Reward

The final 5% of block reward is distributed to governance operations, with 3.75% sent to Loki Foundations and the remaining reserved for the outputs of a funding block.
