When asked to recall a series of information, younger children tend to do better at recalling information presented later in the series than earlier.

When the intention is presented first in a series of information, older children (8-9 years old) tend to make their moral judgments by both intent and consequences of an event. When the intent is presented last, their judgments are almost all based on intents.
