Movements Along vs. Shifts of the Wage-Setting Curve

An economy experiences a significant increase in its overall level of employment due to a broad-based economic expansion. Separately, the government enacts a new law that substantially increases the duration and amount of unemployment benefits available to workers. Analyze the distinct effects of these two events on the wage-setting curve. In your answer, explain for each event whether it causes a movement along the curve or a shift of the entire curve, and provide the economic reasoning for the effect on the real wage required to motivate workers.
