Make sure all the schools are in constant collaboration to improve ELL programming and enhance best practices. 


4.Develop ELL Programs District Wide

Honor the culture of the students. Listen to their perspectives and respect their values. Integrate some or many cultural aspects into the classroom. 

5.Respect the Heritage to Improve ELL Achievement

Provide access to academic advising and resources, and psychological support for transitional challenges for the whole family if necessary. 

6.Provide Support for Students & Families to Improve  ELL Achievement 

Create opportunities for parents to engage in conversations with teachers and administrators  and provide feedback, ask questions, or express concerns. 


7.Give Parents a Voice to Improve ELL Achievement

Seek perspectives and feedback from outside sources to improves ELL programming. 


8.Outside Facilitation to Improve ELL Achievement 

Good et al. suggest expanding this qualitative study to include the perspectives of students and principals. This would adhere to the principals of Critical Theory as it is important to include as many perspectives as possible to inform a reasonable conclusion.
