Changes include:
- all clickable elements are made slightly brighter than other elements
- highlight hover effect on tags to show click-ability
- title changed to "Search nodes"
- Sort button and all other text are moved above the bottom line
- "Search in 852 nodes" is moved to sit right above the search bar
- "modified in the past 100 days" is placed in the bottom left corner

Iteration 2 - Search UI Re-Design

this is the current look of the sidebar Search UI design
Issues include:
- "Search database" title: wording is a little too system oriented
- both non-clickable and clickable elements have the same color and intensity (should show more visual difference between clickable elements and non-clickable elements)
- Sort button is below the bottom line of the Search UI (looks like it's a part of the node results)
- "Displaying 13 results" text is below the bottom line of the Search UI and looks like it's a part of the node results
