Olive Oil Production Process

The process of producing olive oil involves a series of steps. Initially, the olives are graded and washed. They are then milled to remove the stones, followed by mashing them into a paste. This paste is pressed to extract a mixture of oil and water. In the final stage, the oil is separated from the water and prepared for distribution by being canned or bottled.
