Plotting Points on the Axes

When an ordered pair has one or both coordinates equal to 00, the corresponding point lies on an axis rather than in a quadrant. If the yy-coordinate is 00, the point has coordinates (a, 0) and lies exactly on the xx-axis (e.g., (2,0)(-2, 0)). If the xx-coordinate is 00, the point has coordinates (0, b) and lies exactly on the yy-axis (e.g., (0, 4)). If both coordinates are 00, the point is the origin (0, 0), which lies exactly on both axes.
