Poor Sleep Quality
Repeated negative thoughts are associated with poor sleep quality. This seems to be a cyclical association as negative thinking and energy leads to sleeplessness which then can lead to further negative thinking. Poor sleep quality can also lead to compromised health which can also lead to more negative energy.
