Postural sway's connection to everyday movement makes it difficult to practically treat those with high postural sway. As the symptoms of hyperactivity and inattentiveness likely contribute to the frequent accidents people with ADHD undergo,  it would seem that practicing mindfulness in one's day to day could be particularly helpful.
