Precarity
Price argues that perceptibility is an element of how people feel precarity. Precarity is the feeling of being in a position where your agency or existence is at risk and is composed of three elements: material conditions of vulnerability, infrastructures designed to sustain the material conditions of vulnerability, and obscurity around the other two elements.
