Short Answer

Production Input Constraints

An olive oil producer uses a robotic system where each unit requires exactly one worker and 400 kWh of energy to produce 100 liters of oil per day. The producer currently operates one system with one worker and 400 kWh of energy. Explain why the producer cannot increase daily olive oil output without also hiring an additional worker, even if a significant decrease in the market price of energy allows them to purchase more than 400 kWh.
