Psychotic Disorder Due to Another Medical Condition: Specified With Delusions

Severity is assessed for psychosis, including delusions, hallucinations, divergent psychomotor behavior, and negative indicators using a 5-point scale with 0 meaning not present and 4 meaning severe presence. Symptoms are considered for the past seven days. Note this scale is not required to make the diagnosis.

Psychotic Disorder Due to Another Medical Condition: Specified Current Severity 

This indicates that the condition has hallucinations as the predominant symptom.
