The case of qualitative analysis of qualitative data applies when we use qualitative data to interpret (qualitatively analyze) the data. The qualitative data -(e.g.) texts- can be used to interpret and understand the meanings and underlying themes such as feelings of the subjects. It allows for different interpretations, thus potentially a variety of different conclusions depending on the interpreters.
