Quizmaster Study Findings

In the quizmaster study, contestants answered the difficult questions correctly only 4 out of 10 times. Afterwards, both contestants and observers rated the questioners' intelligence and general knowledge higher than the contestants'. They made an internal attribution, demonstrating the fundamental attribution error. In contrast, the questioners, who had the situational advantage of writing the questions, did not rate their own general knowledge higher.
