Reduced Incidence Matrix
A reduced incidence matrix is a incidence matrix that has had any of its rows deleted. This can be done because any one row in the incidence matrix can be obtained from algebraic elemental operations of the other rows. The order of the reduced incidence matrix is (x - 1) * y where x is the number of vertexes and y is the number of edges.
