Labor Power is reproduced in 3 main ways: 
- regeneration of current workers through essential needs such as housing and food 
- maintenance of of non-workers such as children and seniors
- reproduction of fresh workers

In Capital Volume 1, Carl Marx defines "labor power" as the asset workers provide to the capitalistic economy which keeps it running. The workers power is their production of commodities. Without labor power, capitalism would inevitably collapse.
