Restaurant Tipping Policy Change

A restaurant owner decides to change the tipping system. Instead of servers keeping the tips they earn individually, all tips will be collected into a single pool and divided equally among all servers at the end of the night. From an individual incentive perspective, explain one potential negative consequence of this new system on a high-performing server's work effort.
