Generally, results show students were satisfied with courses in both environments. Personal interaction with other students and instructors was mentioned frequently as a factor influencing student satisfaction. - Students in online courses reported higher satisfaction for all question categories than students in blended courses.
- However, the differences between students in each environment were only found to be statistically significant for one question regarding the download times of online resources.
- The open ended questions revealed that a high number of students reported satisfaction with student and instructor interaction
- This indicates the importance of interaction with others as a factor in student satisfaction, regardless of learning environment.

- Researchers used the Mann-Whitney U test to analyze differences in satisfaction based on personality type within each learning environment.
- They evaluated each scale of the MBTI separately, rather than comparing differences between combine personality types. 
- There were no statistically significant differences in satisfaction between thinkers and feelers or judgers and perceivers.

- Researchers used the Kruskal-Wallis test to analyze differences in satisfaction among the learning environments and MBTI scales.

- Intuitives in online courses were significantly more satisfied with the use of threaded discussion and quality of interaction with other students than those in blended courses.
- Intuitives in online courses were significantly more satisfied with course outcomes than intuitives in blended courses. In other words, they ranked higher on survey questions in the outcomes subscale.
- Feelers in online courses were significantly more satisfied with the use of threaded online discussions than those in blended courses.
