Scott Falater Case

On January 16, 1997, Scott Falater went to bed after a normal evening but awoke to police arresting him for the murder of his wife, Yarmila Falater. She was found in the family pool with 44 stab wounds. A neighbor witnessed Falater dragging her into the pool, and police found blood-stained clothes and a knife in his car. The case serves as a dramatic example of complex behaviors associated with alleged somnambulism.
