In 2016, the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) were involved with a record high number of circumstances involving Section 504 of The Rehabilitation Act, ADA, and IDEA. All available data and statistics are submitted through this report, and the Department of Education and other United States federal bodies are able to reevaluate legislation, laws, and precedents to better protect one's rights.
