Figure 3A: Serum neutralizing antibody titers - Similar to what was observed in Figure 1A vaccine + alum groups had a higher geometric mean serum neutralizing antibody titer than those without alum, but a dosage effect was not observed. - BPV also differed by dosage with increasing dosages translating to higher mean antibody titers.
Figure 3B: Lung viral titer - Aside from the 3 ug and 1 ug SV groups without alum, all groups had negative viral cultures.
