Signs of Introversion

Introverts make up approximately a third to a half of the population. Even though introverts behave differently, many of their behaviors are similar. The following are behaviors done by introverts:

  • Reflectiveness.
  • Self-awareness.
  • Dislike group work.
  • Require quiet to concentrate.
  • Consider their options carefully before making a decision.
  • Take comfort in being alone.
  • Favor writing over talking.
  • Feeling exhausted after being in a crowd.
  • Find their sanctuary in their own mind.
  • Daydreaming or implementing imagination to solve a problem.
  • Not having many friends but being very close to the friends that they have.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) or SAPA tests can be used to find out if an individual is an introvert.
