Signs of Introversion
Introverts make up approximately a third to a half of the population. Even though introverts behave differently, many of their behaviors are similar. The following are behaviors done by introverts:
- Reflectiveness.
- Self-awareness.
- Dislike group work.
- Require quiet to concentrate.
- Consider their options carefully before making a decision.
- Take comfort in being alone.
- Favor writing over talking.
- Feeling exhausted after being in a crowd.
- Find their sanctuary in their own mind.
- Daydreaming or implementing imagination to solve a problem.
- Not having many friends but being very close to the friends that they have.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) or SAPA tests can be used to find out if an individual is an introvert.
