1.  The Puppet Master agrees to not interfere with the gamer's actions only give them needed instructions.

2. The Gamers agree to not try and find out who the Puppet Maser(s) are and share that information. They also agree to not try and contact them during the game.

Albion College

1. The Puppet Master is seen as the wizard(s) behind the curtain as they are responsible for creating the game and evolving it as time progresses. 

2. They make decisions secretly, withhold information as necessary, and do not interact with the gamers until the game is over.

Game Designers or "PuppetMasters"

1.  Gamers can be seen as mindless actors, but they have more control over the missions than what's thought from the outside looking in.

2. Gamers are thought to have been the ones to give the designers the name Puppet Master.
