When looking to increase coverage of the influenza vaccine, we should focus on groups that are associated with lack of access to adequate health care interventions, and target these groups with educational materials and immunization campaigns. An example is intervention programs targeted to groups with lower educational levels to improve knowledge about influenza vaccination recommendations.
