Specific IgG Antibody Outcomes for the Inactivated Whole Virus Vaccine by Wuhan Institute of Biological Products Phase II Trial
- The geometric mean titer of specific IgG antibody to a whole SARS-CoV-2 antigen for the medium dose group receiving the vaccine injection on days 0 and 14 was 74. Seroconversion was observed in 85.7% of the participants in this group.
- The geometric mean titer of specific IgG antibody to a whole SARS-CoV-2 antigen for the medium dose group receiving the vaccine injection on days 0 and 21 was 215. Seroconversion was observed in 100% of the participants in this group.
