1. Find one person who cares about your product
2. Arrange to watch them use the product (eg. screen sharing, in-person)
3. Ask them to use the product to do something they care about
4. Watch them complete the task. But, don't ask questions or instruct them on what to do.
5. Evaluate their interaction. What did you learn?
