The results showed a total of 15.9% of the clients were coded with relational disorder, 11.5% developmental disorders, 10.2% socioeconomic problems, 10.1% anxiety disorders, 6.3% mood disorders, and 16.6% of the clients were coded with other problems such as academic, religious or spiritual problems, occupational or accommodation problems. Finally, 14.5% other clinical situations that did not fit on a precise diagnosis. Data regarding 14.8% of participants was missing regarding diagnosis.


Diagnosing Individuals via Psychological Intervention

Few studies in Portugal have attempted to assess the impact of psychological interventions in primary health care regarding the problems shared by clients, and which variables predicted the success of this intervention. The current study, therefore, aimed to identify predictors of success related to psychological intervention in a single primary health care center in the north of Portugal.
