Telemedicine is gradually become a healthcare delivery method. Telemedicine is not only use to reach patients who are not able to attend in-person appointment, but also can overcomes many difficulties in healthcare delivery. The ethical education is important for telemedicine. Polices and laws are modified by government, which can improve the field of telemedicine and eliminate barriers of telemedicine. Therefore, telemedicine can become mainstream, because of wide-use during COVID-19 outbreak.
