Likability- Women with psychological disorders were seen as less likable than control condition. Psychosis mothers were seen as the worst. The same results applied to desire for distance, anticipated discomfort, perceived risk to child, enlisting authorities, and competence perceptions.

Experimental participants read vignettes describing new mothers experiencing either depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), specific phobia, or psychosis.
