Symptoms of Depersonalization

Depersonalization can involve believing one's thoughts and feelings are not one's own, feeling robotic as though lacking control over one's own movements and speech, and experiencing a distorted sense of time. In extreme cases, a person may have an out-of-body experience, seeing themselves from the vantage point of another person.
