They can get referrals to mental health services; vocational rehab; Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA); or graduate equivalency degree (GED).

 The four functions include identifying who qualifies for TASC treatment, creating a treatment plan for them, giving referrals to treatment, and providing ongoing case management. It includes two-way communication between law enforcement and the treatment center.
