Taylor's Dual-Benefit Goal of Management
According to Frederick Taylor, the principal goal of management should be to achieve two outcomes simultaneously: maximizing profit for the employer and securing the best result for the employee. He posited that this mutual benefit could be realized through effective employee training and development.
