The Limits of the Efficiency Criterion

In an economic interaction where a landowner and a worker produce a crop, there is a set of possible outcomes where the entire crop is distributed and none is wasted. Explain why the existence of multiple such outcomes means that the principle of not wasting any of the crop is, by itself, insufficient for deciding how the crop should be divided between the two individuals.
