Short Answer

Three-Sided Fencing Constraint and Formula

A facilities coordinator is planning a rectangular secure-storage zone against the side of a warehouse building. Since the warehouse wall serves as one side of the enclosure, only three sides require fencing. If LL represents the length of the side parallel to the wall and WW represents the width of the two sides perpendicular to the wall, state what physical structure provides the fourth side and provide the algebraic equation for the total amount of fencing (FF) required.
