Patient 0 traveled from Shanghai to Munich for a business trip. She reported feeling fatigued during her stay and Munich and was eventually hospitalized on January 27th, 2020 in Shanghai.

Testing of high-risk individuals reveled four first-generation cases between January 27-29th. All immediate contacts were told to isolate.

By February 19th, 16 additional cases were identified, 10 of which were employees of the same company as patient 0.
