Psychological elements are recognized as significant triggers for asthma exacerbations. Factors such as stress and emotions can directly impact the immune and respiratory systems, making them common initiators of asthma attacks. Psychological Factors as Asthma Triggers

The acute episodes known as asthma attacks are frequently initiated by various environmental and physiological triggers.
