An Example of the use of Twitter pointing to the challenges associated with the redundancy due to the lack of information dissemination on what worked and what did not.

This example could be both the examples for "Difficult to efficiently inform the research community about inappropriate results/findings" and "Repetition". When do the text classification, how should we deal with samples like this? Sub-sentencing? Randomly assign it to one category?
