Two-Week Check-In for Electrical Customers

The second contact should happen about two weeks after the job is finished. At that point, the contractor can ask whether the work is still operating as expected and whether any minor concerns have come up. A short question such as, 'Is everything still operating as it should with the new installation?' is enough. This quick check helps resolve small issues before they turn into complaints and shows the customer that the contractor stands behind the work.
