Classification of Therapy Groups

Therapy groups can be classified based on several criteria. Membership can be 'open,' allowing new members to join, or 'closed,' with a consistent set of participants. Groups can also be organized around a specific theme or purpose, or be 'time-limited' with a set duration. Additionally, they can be categorized by their internal process as either 'structured,' with pre-planned activities, or 'unstructured,' where the agenda is determined by the members themselves.
