Developmental Applied Neurodiversities are neurodevelopmental conditions that have environmental and genetic components. These conditions can lead to individuals struggling in educational circumstances but does not impact their health. These conditions include learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. 

Types of Neurodiversity: Developmental Applied Neurodiversity

Clinical developmental neurodiversities are neurodevelopmental conditions related to atypical behaviors and communication patterns in several contexts. They are also considered to be health issues. Examples of these conditions are Tourette, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD).

Acquired neurologic neurodiversity refers to functional changes in the brain as a result of illness or injury to the nervous system. These types of conditions are considered to be health issues and include aphasia and amnesia.
