U.S. Happiness Levels (Carroll, 2007)

According to a Gallup survey from 2007 involving over 1,000 U.S. adults, a significant portion of the population reported high levels of well-being. The findings indicated that 52% of respondents considered themselves 'very happy,' while over 80% stated they were 'very satisfied' with their lives.
