The dateutil module provides powerful extensions to the standard datetime module, available in Python. Using the datetime module under the hood, this package allows: 
- Computing of relative deltas (next month, year, day of week etc.)
- Computing of dates based on recurrence rules
- Generic parsing of dates in string format
- Timezone implementations

dateutil can be installed from PyPI using pip
```
pip install python-dateutil
```

The Python Imaging Library adds image processing capabilities to your Python interpreter. This library provides extensive file support, an efficient internal representation, and fairly powerful image processing capabilities. 

A few possible uses of this library includes

This package allows you to call any program as if it were a function. It works by running the binary commands on your system by dynamically resolving your $PATH, and then wrapping the binary in a function. 

To install sh, use the command:

pip install sh

When developing python applications, you often need to use libraries or packages that aren't included in python's standard library. In order to keep track of the required packages and libraries that your project depends on, you can make use of a package manager to install packages and manage dependencies. Python's documentation officially recommends the use of pipenv, but other package managers exist as well, such as pip and poetry.

Package Management

Pipenv is a tool that aims to "bring the best of all packaging worlds (bundler, composer, npm, cargo, yarn, etc.) to the Python world". Using pipenv eliminates the need for programmers to use pip and virtualenv individually, combining the functionality of both tools into one program to manage packages and virtual environments.

pip is the standard package manager for Python (though it is important to note that the officially recommended package manager is pipenv). pip can be used to install hundreds of thousands of Python packages and has gotten regular releases since 2008.
